Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. All processing runs locally in your browser using the Canvas API. Your image never leaves your device.
Can I blur multiple areas?
Yes. Draw as many areas as you need. Use Undo to remove the last one or Clear to start over.
What is the difference between Blur and Pixelate?
Blur applies a smooth Gaussian blur. Pixelate creates a mosaic/pixel effect. Both effectively hide content.
Can I use circles instead of rectangles?
Yes. Switch the Shape selector to Circle before drawing.
